One month that can change everything

Elul is the time to stop the race, listen inward and prepare for a new year with clarity, depth and joy. At the Elul Midrasha in Dharamsala you set out on a month-long journey in the heart of the Himalayas, one that brings together deep learning, inner work and an unforgettable experience.

Each week goes into a different subject — from Map of the Soul and the world of the sefirot, through refining your character traits and the Baal Shem Tov's psychotherapy, to building a relationship through a Jewish lens.

Alongside the learning there is movement, contemplation, hikes in nature, activities that bring the group together, and real space to grow, connect and begin the new year anew.
