What the course is about

Join us for three days of deep Chassidic learning about how we relate to ourselves: how to see the good in us without being full of ourselves, and the less good places without breaking over them; how to let go of the need to always be "fine", and how to work rightly with pride, sadness and fear.

We will try to understand a humility that does not belittle the self, and a self-nullification that does not erase the personality; how to face failure without sinking into guilt and despair, and how to grow a more honest, sober and free relationship with ourselves, with others and with G-d.

What we will learn

01

The good in us

Seeing it truly, without being full of ourselves.

02

The less good places

Acknowledging them, without breaking over them.

03

Not always "fine"

Letting go of the need to always be fine.

04

Pride, sadness and fear

How to work with them rightly.

05

Humility and bittul

Humility that does not belittle the self; bittul that does not erase who you are.

06

After a failure

Facing it without sinking into guilt and despair.

A course about working on the soul

Not only understanding which forces are at work within us, but learning how to work with them, and turning deep Chassidic ideas into the way we understand ourselves and live our lives.

Who it is for

The course is also open to those who have not taken "Map of the Soul". Some familiarity with Chassidut helps, but what matters most is the wish to go deeper.
